Art is different for everyone and everyone has their own view of what it is.  For my part, I love colour, any colour, dark or light, so as you can see my work uses lots of colour.  I also don’t follow rules about what colour something ‘should’ be.  Creativity is an integral part of our family – music and art.  Art itself is an escape. It steadies the mind and provides purpose – even if no-one else likes it! Inspiration comes from everything. I am drawn to both the beautiful and the mundane. Inspiration is the refresh button for artists.  Art is a way of seeing and it’s different for everyone.  I do whatever is inside my chaotic mind. If I tried to do the same piece using the same reference image it would never turn out anything like the same.
